Attend our Events

Every month there is at least one fundraiser happening to support the children with a few major events held once a year.  All these events help fundraise for the children while keeping us out in the community having great conversations and building relationships.

It is through these events that we find our sponsors, supporters, and volunteers so we can have an even greater impact on the lives of children in Australia, Thailand and Uganda. We invite you to join us! Contact us and let’s have a chat or scroll down to check out what’s coming up.

Monthly Events

With help from our wonderful volunteers we run a monthly sausage sizzle at Harvey Norman and host a stall at the Lions Markets where we sell our famous Sno Cones and beautiful products from Thailand and Uganda. Every season we also host the Twilight on Egerton Night Markets which brings lots of local stallholders together under the fairy lights of one of our main streets in Emerald. It’s a beautiful family-friendly night out.

Annual Events

In August 2019 Future Hope made the bold move to run our first major fundraising event – a Gala Night and Golf Day Weekend. Both were a great success and gained the ongoing support of Olympic Gold Medallist Duncan Armstrong. Duncan was our guest speaker on the night and has committed to MC’ing the event on an annual basis and returning to take part in our Golf Day! What an honour! Local musician, music teacher and wonderful Future Hope Ambassador Anna Farquhar entertained our guests and it was a fabulous night for all. They are both now proudly our Charity Ambassadors!

These events are such a great source of fundraising to enable us to continue supporting these beautiful children and sharing the message of Future Hope within our community.

Unfortunately due to ever-changing restrictions, we didn’t host these for 2020 and 2021, but will be bringing them back for 2022! Join us then as we throw Future Hope’s biggest party of the year! Duncan Armstrong will be returning as our fabulous MC! You and your friends will enjoy a sumptuous three course dinner, live music, auctions, and raffles. Book a table with friends, family, or workmates – or one of each!  Our Gala night is a great opportunity to dress up for a very worthy cause!
